(HONS) Stellenbosch University, then a Masters
Degree in Chiropractic in Johannesburg.

I completed the requirements for the British
Chiropractic Association.
It was in these 2 years where I went on to

adjunct to diversified (manual adjustments).
Reasons to see a Chiropractor
Headaches.
Neck stiffness.
Pain or limited range of movement, especially
post whiplash injury.
Thoracic spine pain, rib restriction especially
noticed with pain breathing on deep
inspiration. Low back pain, stiffness, feeling
out of sync or heavy.
Shoulder joint-pain, limited movement frozen
shoulder, rotator cuff issues. Elbow-tennis and
golfers elbow, joint pain or restriction. Wrist
sprain, pain or dysfunction.
Hip joint, pain stiffness or dysfunction.
Knee-tendinitis, meniscus issues, joint
dysfunction. Ankle sprain, most people don't
have this joint injury biomechanically
corrected so remain predisposed to recurrent
sprains.
Chiropractic care of the spine can be used
reactively to feel better and improve symptoms,
but regular treatment has huge benefits for
joint health and mobility and neurological
well-being. This can be every 4 to 12 weeks
depending on each person's lifestyle and
response to care.
